Providing care for adults suffering from Neurological disorders including headaches, dementia, seizures, strokes, and other disorders of the nerve and muscles, NSH Neurology has been highly respected in the field of general neurology for more than two decades Founders of the Multiple Sclerosis Center of Sarasota, Dr. Negroski has one of the largest MS practices on the West Coast of Florida.  As director of the Southeastern Center for Parkinson’s Disease, Dr. Sutherland provides first-class care for patients with movement disorders, drawing from the local and national population.  He provides cutting edge treatment, education and support groups.  Regional  Director of the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Dr. Hanes is an expert in the diagnosis and management of complex neuromusclar disorders including neuropathy, myositis and ALS. As leaders in neurology, the doctors pursue all the latest advances in the field including the use of Botox to treat disorders such as Spasticity and Dystonia. ___________________________________________________________________

Donald Negroski, M.D.        
Dr. Negroski is the founding partner of NSSH. In practice since 1986,   Dr.Negroski maintains one of the largest private neurological practices in  Southwest Florida. In addition to his award-winning general neurology practice, he specializes in the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis.  Dr. Negroski attended the Medical College of Ohio and completed his internship and residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio.  He has received many awards including America’s Top doctor. 

Dean Sutherland M.D., Ph.D                
Dr. Sutherland is board-certified in Adult Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and  Neurology.  Dr. Sutherland earned a Master’s degree and Ph.D. in Neuroscience.  During this training, Dr. Sutherland received several prestigious awards for teaching from faculty and from peers at FSU and at UF.  Today, he is an Assistant Professor and the Clerkship Director for the Clinical Neurology at The FSU College of Medicine in Sarasota.  After completing his Ph.D., Dr. Sutherland entered medical school at the University of Florida, where he completed both internship and residency in Neurology.

Gregory Hanes, M.D.            
Dr. Hanes is Board-Certified in Clinical Neurophysiology by the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine.  He received his undergraduate degree at Duke University, followed by a medical degree from Hahnemann University in Pennsylvania. He completed his internship and residency in Neurology at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio, where he then pursued a fellowship in Neurophysiology and Neuromuscular Disorders.  NSSH welcomed Dr. Hanes as a partner in 2007.
